Return & Refund Policy

Husdebook accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for books in new, unused condition. Customers may request a free return shipping label by contacting support@husdebook.shop. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window. No restocking fee is charged.

Return terms

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Exchanges accepted for the same title in different condition or format, where available
  • Items must be new and unused to qualify for return
  • Returns are made by mail using a free return label provided by Husdebook
  • No restocking fee is charged
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of the returned item being received

How to start a return

  1. Email support@husdebook.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the title(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Our support team will reply with a free prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Package the book(s) securely and drop off the return with the carrier.
  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable processing window (typically up to 14 days).

Damaged or defective books

If a book arrives damaged, please send a photo to support@husdebook.shop. We'll offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please only mail returns using the prepaid label provided by our support team. The mailing address on record is 2000 S Olive St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, United States. This location is not open to the public for in-person visits or drop-offs.
