When tracking appears

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after the label is created — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. Orders are packed within 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–8 business days in total.

If something looks wrong

If your parcel is late, damaged, or has not arrived, email support@husdebook.shop within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will replace the item or refund you in full — see our Return & Refund Policy.
