Who provides the warranty

Every product we sell is covered by the warranty the manufacturer supplies with that product. Husdebook is an independent retailer. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not present ourselves as an authorized service center or official brand representative.

Warranty length

Warranty length and terms are set by each manufacturer and differ by brand and model. The documentation in the box, or the manufacturer’s website, states the exact coverage for your product. We do not add to, shorten, or replace those terms.

What a manufacturer warranty usually covers

• Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
• Parts and labor as described in the manufacturer’s own warranty statement.

What it usually does not cover

• Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
• Normal wear items such as filters, belts, blades, and batteries.
• Damage from incorrect fuel, oil, voltage, or installation.
• Products used commercially when the warranty is for residential use.

How to make a warranty claim

1. Keep your order confirmation — it is your proof of purchase.
2. Find the model and serial number on the product label.
3. Contact the manufacturer’s support line listed in the product documentation, and give them the purchase date and serial number.
4. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will help you locate the correct support channel.

Safety notice for engine-powered equipment

Generators and other engine-powered equipment must be operated outdoors only and away from windows, doors, and vents. Carbon monoxide can be fatal. Read the manufacturer’s manual fully before first use.
